My roots are in the rock,
I become what they make me:
young, strong, heroic.
The constant breeze cradles me and ruffles me, but I stand strong.
Divento
A fine wine, both elegant and complex
The bouquet is typical of mountain wines
Saline, almost salty in its aroma, it offers notes of green olives, iodine, mixed officinal herbs and Chinotto oranges. Its delicate but clearly present acidity confers taste and minerality.
Processo enologico
Winemaking and ageing
White grapes are selected by hand and cooled overnight. The next step is soft pressing of the whole cluster, followed by static clarification at low temperature.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in 10hl oak casks, kept at a controlled temperature of 18 C°.
The sur lie ageing process (on the lees) then takes place for ten months, with a Bâtonnage (lees stirring) action twice a week, which gives the wine complexity and depth. Finally, after bottling, the wine is aged further for seven months in the bottle, before being released for retail.

Divento 2022
2,105 numbered bottles
A dry, warm year lacking in rainfall initially slowed down crop growth; thus, use of the irrigation system was necessary. High temperatures and significant solar irradiation then gave the grapes the push they needed to mature, culminating in an extremely good harvest around mid-September.
